All orders are process, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner. Orders placed after 4PM Pacific Time is processed the next business day. Custom orders are shipped after production.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.
