Exchange/Return Policy
Due to the nature of our paintings, we can only accept returns within 5 days of receiving your items. All returns must be approved once we receive the items and are subject to a 25% restocking/disposal fee. We will only accept returns providing that your return meets the following conditions:
A return will be issued on unworn merchandise returned within 5 days of receiving the items. All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original tags attached and packaging Included.
We do not accept exchanges for soiled or washed merchandise.
We cannot accept returns for tampered items or evidence of alteration.
There is a 25% restocking/disposal fee for all returned items.
Approved returns will be refunded the full purchase price less shipping fees, and disqualified quantity, percentage, or shipping discounts. Any discounts disqualified by the returned item(s) will be deducted from the purchase price of the item(s) returned. (i.e. Orders with free shipping discounts will be charged the shipping fee if item(s) returned disqualifies the order for discount requirements.)
Returns must include a print out of the receipt or invoice and include the Reason for Return. You can find your receipt by logging into your account and going to your order history.
We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. Please use a trackable shipping.
